My sweet friend Rocio came to the big city to take her boards and we got the chance to hang out for a few hours! It was SOOOOO Good to see her! I have missed her like crazy! Best part of this story...you can now refer to her as Rocio Baeza, RN!!!!

Fathers Day weekend we spent time with both families and even got to sneak in some time with the niece and nephew. Miss Ivy is growing like a weed and wanted to show off the kitties. She is just like her momma was when she was just a tot.

My dad took Deryk out for his first real life man fishing excursion. If you know my dad, you know that he has a few years under his belt as an angler...well Deryk beat him out that night! Deryk caught his first two fishies and has the Tale to go with it!

Samantha went back to TX for Kids camp and had a wonderful time. She was excited that she got lots of packages and cards and saw some old friends and made some new ones. She swam and did crafts and rode horses!
Last week she attended VBS at her church in Arlington and we got to watch her performance online of her VBS concert. She knew all the hand motions and all the words. It was so nice to get to see it even though we couldn't be there.
Last Thursday my husband took me out to lunch and totally surprised me with a huge bunch of beautiful mixed flowers...(and the sweetest card ever!) Just cuz. There is just something about flowers on a non-holiday that melts a womans heart and makes her feel super precious and truely like a Queen.
Yup, I'm pretty stinkin lucky!
