April 19, 1995 was a pivotal moment in our history.
Our first opportunity to step foot on the now sacred soil where the Murrah Building in Oklahoma City once stood was in October. This memorial is a breathtaking honor of the victims, survivors, rescuers and all whose lives were changed forever.
It was a privilege to take a moment to respect all who were affected by this horrific tragedy as well as educate Samantha on the importance and distinct mark it has had on her life as well...even though she wasn't even born yet. She was talking about it for days! Here's just a little peek into our experience.
