Tuesday was a super fun day! Beppe came over and hung out and had lunch with us and then we went to the Sedgwick County Park. We took time to shoot some hoops and Deryk worked with Sam on some of her "skillz" to throw down on the court. They talked about the best way to dribble, pass, and shoot. She is a lefty so once her skills are fine tuned, she could rule the court! She really wanted to learn to spin the ball like the Globe Trotters, and I think was a little discouraged when Deryk informed her on how long it took him to learn to do it. But they gave it a few tries!

After some baskets, Sam rode her bike around the lake as we trotted along on foot. We paused half way around to play on some of the cool new toys. After our stroll we made our way to Orange Leaf so that Sam could redeam yet another of her staycation tickets. Yummm! It was such a perfect day!
